Last updated: 20 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VanBlaisa handles personal information and connected account data when you use our website, apps, tools, and services, including VanBlaisa Intelligence Engine.

VanBlaisa is operated by Monssen Marketing Enterprises. You can contact us through our contact page: https://vanblaisa.com/contact/

Who we are

VanBlaisa provides local business intelligence, SEO, website, marketing, automation, and reporting tools. Our services may include free local visibility scans, business profile analysis, listings and citation checks, Google Business Profile insights, Search Console reporting, Google Analytics 4 reporting, review intelligence, content recommendations, speed recommendations, and SEO action plans.

Our main website is https://vanblaisa.com. Our app may also operate from subdomains including https://scanner.vanblaisa.com.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, business name, website URL, phone number, business location, service areas, keywords, competitors, support requests, account details, and billing or subscription information where applicable.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, login activity, cookie data, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve our services.

Google account and Google API data

If you choose to connect a Google account, VanBlaisa may request permission to access selected Google data through Google OAuth. We only access Google data after you authorise the connection.

Depending on the integrations you connect, VanBlaisa may access:

  • Google Business Profile data, including authorised business accounts, selected locations, business name, address, phone number, website URL, categories, opening hours, location details, and related business profile information.
  • Google Search Console read-only data, including verified sites, pages, search queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average search position.
  • Google Analytics 4 read-only data, including selected properties, landing pages, users, sessions, engagement, traffic sources, and conversion-related reporting.
  • Basic Google account profile information, including email address and profile details, to identify the connected account.

How we use Google data

VanBlaisa uses connected Google data to provide local visibility analysis, business profile reporting, listing accuracy checks, search performance reporting, analytics reporting, SEO recommendations, content opportunities, and action plans.

Google Business Profile data helps users review and manage their own authorised business information and identify profile or listing issues.

Google Search Console data helps users understand search visibility, keyword opportunities, page performance, and SEO gaps.

Google Analytics 4 data helps users understand website traffic, landing page performance, engagement, traffic sources, and conversion-related outcomes.

VanBlaisa does not use Google user data for advertising targeting, does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer Google user data to unrelated third parties.

VanBlaisa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Why the requested Google scopes are needed

VanBlaisa requests Google Business Profile access so users can connect and review their own authorised business locations and business profile information.

VanBlaisa requests Search Console read-only access so users can view search performance for verified websites.

VanBlaisa requests Google Analytics read-only access so users can view GA4 website performance context. More limited scopes are not sufficient because Google Business Profile and Search Console do not provide GA4 traffic, engagement, traffic source, landing page, or conversion-related metrics.

VanBlaisa only requests read-only Google Analytics access and does not modify Google Analytics accounts, properties, or settings.

How we store and protect data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and connected account data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, modification, or disclosure.

These measures may include access controls, secure authentication, encrypted connections, server security controls, restricted administrative access, logging, backups, and periodic review of connected integrations.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Sharing information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website, app, hosting, analytics, payments, security, email, support, automation, or reporting systems. These providers may only use information as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, regulatory request, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect our rights, users, systems, or business.

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Artificial intelligence and automated analysis

VanBlaisa may use automated analysis to generate reports, recommendations, summaries, scoring, SEO action plans, content opportunities, and business insights.

Where connected data is used for automated analysis, it is used to provide the requested app features and reporting to the authorised user. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.

Cookies and tracking

Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies to operate logins, remember preferences, improve security, measure website usage, and support core functionality.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect login, account, or app functionality.

Embedded content and third-party websites

Our website may include links or embedded content from third-party websites. Third-party websites may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

Data retention

We retain personal information and connected account data only for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support security.

Connected Google data may be retained while your account or integration remains active. If you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify connected data unless we must retain it for legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

Disconnecting Google integrations

You can disconnect Google integrations from within the VanBlaisa app where available. You can also revoke VanBlaisa’s access from your Google Account security settings.

After access is revoked, VanBlaisa will no longer be able to request new data from that Google account unless you reconnect it.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may request access to personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete information where legally permitted.

To make a request, contact us through: https://vanblaisa.com/contact/

We may need to verify your identity before processing access, correction, or deletion requests.

International storage and service providers

Some service providers used to operate VanBlaisa may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate security and privacy protections.

Children

VanBlaisa is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or data handling practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
