This page explains how VanBlaisa Intelligence Engine uses Google API data when a user connects a Google account.

1. App name
The app name is VanBlaisa Intelligence Engine.
2. Purpose of the app
VanBlaisa Intelligence Engine is a local business intelligence and SEO platform. It helps authorised users review local visibility, business profile accuracy, website search performance, analytics performance, listing issues, content opportunities, review signals, and SEO action recommendations.
3. Google OAuth access
VanBlaisa only accesses Google data after a user chooses to connect their Google account and authorises access through Google OAuth.
Users can choose whether to connect Google integrations. If a user does not connect Google, VanBlaisa cannot access that user’s Google account data.
4. Google data the app may access
Depending on the integrations authorised by the user, VanBlaisa may access:
- Google Business Profile data, including authorised business accounts, selected business locations, business name, address, phone number, website URL, categories, opening hours, location details, and related business profile information.
- Google Search Console read-only data, including verified sites, pages, search queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average search position.
- Google Analytics 4 read-only data, including selected properties, landing pages, users, sessions, engagement, traffic sources, and conversion-related reporting.
- Basic Google account profile information, including email address and profile details, to identify the connected account.
5. How Google data is used
VanBlaisa uses Google data to provide app features requested by the authorised user, including:
- local visibility analysis
- business profile reporting
- listing accuracy checks
- citation and directory issue detection
- search performance reporting
- analytics reporting
- content opportunity detection
- SEO action plans
- business intelligence dashboards
- performance and opportunity summaries
6. Google Business Profile scope
VanBlaisa uses Google Business Profile access so users can connect and review their own authorised business locations and business profile information.
This data helps users identify business profile issues, listing inconsistencies, location data gaps, and local visibility opportunities.
7. Search Console read-only scope
VanBlaisa uses Search Console read-only access so users can view search performance for verified websites.
This data helps users identify search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, content gaps, and SEO opportunities.
8. Google Analytics read-only scope
VanBlaisa uses Google Analytics 4 read-only access so users can view website performance context from selected GA4 properties.
This data helps users understand landing page performance, users, sessions, engagement, traffic sources, and conversion-related outcomes.
VanBlaisa does not modify Google Analytics accounts, properties, settings, or data.
9. Why more limited scopes are not sufficient
Google Business Profile data does not provide website traffic, engagement, traffic source, landing page, or conversion-related analytics.
Search Console data does not provide GA4 session, traffic source, engagement, or conversion-related metrics.
Google Analytics read-only access is required to show GA4 website performance context inside VanBlaisa Intelligence Engine.
10. Limited Use
VanBlaisa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
VanBlaisa does not sell Google user data.
VanBlaisa does not use Google user data for advertising targeting.
VanBlaisa does not transfer Google user data to unrelated third parties.
VanBlaisa does not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models.
11. Storage and security
VanBlaisa stores connected account data only as needed to provide the requested app features, maintain integrations, display reports, support security, and operate the service.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect connected data, including access controls, secure authentication, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, logging, and server security controls.
12. Disconnecting Google access
Users can disconnect Google integrations inside VanBlaisa where available.
Users can also revoke VanBlaisa’s access from their Google Account security settings.
After access is revoked, VanBlaisa can no longer request new data from that Google account unless the user reconnects it.
13. Deleting connected Google data
Users may request deletion of connected Google data by contacting VanBlaisa through:
